Learning the points system is a key part of your 1-2-1 planning sessions. We divide your monthly budget into daysrent points, then calculate the number of points you need before you own outright. A 25-year pathway is about 9,200 daysrent. A 30-year pathway is almost 11,000 daysrent. Agree a pathway of exactly 11,000 daysrent and you'll own outright in 30 years, 1 month, and 12 days.
